DESCRIPTION:Friday – December 22\, 2023 \n  \nHonolulu Underground Presents… \nThe Elevations Christmas Special & \nGo Jimmy Go “Holiday Hell Yeah!” LP Release Party / Maui Fire Fundraiser \nw/ special guests Bison of Go Jimmy Go\, Air Raid City Sound System\, DJ Kapouhana \nAnna O’Brien’s (2440 S Beretania St.\, Honolulu\, HI 96826) \n21+  |  Doors at 9:00 pm  |   $10 \nHonolulu\, “It’s the Most Soulful Time of the Year!” with The Elevations Hawai’i this December!   To celebrate the upcoming holiday season we are putting together a special Christmas set of soul tunes with some of the classics\, of course!  The back patio of Anna O’Brien’s will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland and we have lots of presents in store for you… Bison\, lead singer of “The Island Sound Known the World Around!”\, will kick off the night with a solo set of tunes from Go Jimmy Go’s legendary Christmas album\, “Holiday Hell Yeah!”  His special performance will be in celebration of Jump Up Records’ (Chicago\, IL) vinyl release of “Holiday Hell Yeah!” in red and green discs internationally\, but this night only will be a special release of a limited run of gold vinyl with all funds raised going to the Maui Fire Relief.  100% of the “Holiday Hell Yeah!” special gold vinyl sold this night will go directly to the Hawaii Community Foundation’s Maui Strong Fund. ***The Maui Strong Fund is providing financial resources to support the immediate and long-term recovery needs for the people and places affected by the devastating Maui wildfires***  The boys of Air Raid City Sound System (DJ Chris Yates & DJ Kapouhana) will be supplying the tunes deep into the Mo’ili’ili night! \n  \nIntroducing… The Elevations Hawai’i – The Dyn-o-mite Vintage Soul Explosion Out of Honolulu! \nVocals – Kehaulani White \nVocals – Cheyenne Takeuchi-Leong \nVocals – Aiddy Weisbecker \nTenor Sax – Eric White \nTrumpet – Rob Toyama \nGuitar – Gilbert Batangan \nDrums – Keli’i Wong \nBass – Rodney Drummer \nFollow and Like The Elevations Hawai’i on..  \nFor more information about The Elevations\, please contact Eric White \ntheelevationshawaii@gmail.com | @theelevationshawaii | theelevations.com \n
